We're searching for an RN Director who's passionate about both growth and community-centered care. This unique opportunity is ideal for a proactive, entrepreneurial leader who's eager to build a dedicated team that delivers compassionate, excellent, and reliable care to clients and families. In this pivotal role, you'll bring your clinical, leadership, relationship-building, and business skills to develop a thriving office from the ground up, fostering a positive culture where both clients and staff feel supported. You'll gain hands-on experience managing the full spectrum of office operations while working toward advancement to the role of Director. Why You'll Love This Opportunity:

• Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 for first year (experience-dependent) + Bonus Opportunity

  • Oversee day-to-day office functions and drive client service excellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs that support office growth and quality care. Qualifications:
    • RN License in the state of Virginia with a four-year college degree.
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the home health industry.
    • Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office team with a focus on quality care.
    • Background in marketing and recruiting is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with the community and represent BAYADA.
