Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain configuration management processes for IT security systems.
• Implement and enforce change management policies.
• Manage configuration items (CIs) in ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Support technical change control board (TCCB) activities.
• Ensure CMDB integrity and alignment with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Utilize automated discovery tools to enhance asset management accuracy.
• Implement ITIL best practices for service management and process improvement.Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT configuration management.
  • Experience using ServiceNow CMDB for configuration tracking.
  • Understanding of software asset management and IT asset tracking.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience in Federal Government or highly regulated industry.
    • Familiarity with security automation and orchestration (SOAR) platforms.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.This position is contingent upon future contract award to Gunnison Consulting.The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.Gunnison Consulting Group's total compensation package also includes bonus and profit-sharing opportunities, depending on company and employee performance.
