We reward exemplary professional efforts at every level of the firm.Carlton Fields is seeking a Real Estate Specialist for its Washington, DC office.Candidate must possess professionalism, a positive attitude, be proactive and flexible, be a team player, have excellent organizational and client service skills, strong attention to detail, multi-task and prioritize needs based on urgency, and proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as electronic document management systems. Filesite experience is a plus.Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist attorneys in preparing, proofreading, and revising legal documents
• Assist in putting loan files together
• Assist with drafting FHA/HUD loan documents, electronic file management, and assembling deal packages
• Perform quality control review on copies of transcripts and assemble final transcript packages
• Assist with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, calendars, and processing expensesThe salary range for this role in the District of Columbia is $50,000 - $65,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
