Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduler to manage scheduling for
Physicians and Mid-Level Practitioners in the Anesthesiology
department.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain schedules for Physicians and CRNAs, ensuring
all shifts are covered
Communicate with facility leadership and providers regarding
scheduling needs and updates
Prepare various reports for facility leadership and management as
required
Required Qualifications
High school graduate; college attendance is a plus
1 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
3 - 5 years of experience in provider scheduling (preferred)
Experience in the medical field is a plus
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work
independently or in a team
