exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Washington, DC location,
our Accounts Receivable team will be responsible for overseeing the
collection activity of our $90M Accounts Receivable portfolio.In
this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Direct interaction with customers
- Be responsible for goal setting and performance management
- Direct work in a way to ensure on time payment of open A/R,
minimize past due A/R and maximize overall DSO performance
- Raise awareness to management and leadership of issues
impacting overall A/R performance
- Exercise significant independent judgment and discretion in
making decisions that will have significant impact on
internal/external customers
- Coach and aid direct reports in their professional
development
- Participate in and is responsible for monthly and quarterly
reporting requirements used by management and executive
leadership
- Weekly meetings with Sales Representatives
- Meetings with Senior Leaders to discuss account statusWho You

achieve results.For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Eight to ten (8-10) years related experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Action oriented and results drivenPreferred Qualifications that
