vision:* Oversee a team of speech-language pathologists,
occupational therapists, physical therapists, and early childhood
educators to ensure every family gets world-class care. You'll set
the tone, mentor your team, and bring out the best in everyone.*

their biggest cheerleader.*Requirements:** Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC-SLP).* Practicing for at least 5 years and been working within
early intervention or pediatric settings for at least 3 of those 5
years.* A deep understanding of early childhood development,
especially appropriate developmental milestones-and just as
importantly, what's not appropriate.* You've got a passion for
early intervention and understand the critical role communication
plays in a child's development as evidenced by at least three years
working with children ages 0-5.We're here to make sure you have the
