Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal
support for sales and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support for commercial agreements and data
licensing
Negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including data as a
service and hardware development agreements
Mentor junior team members and support legal department
improvements
Required Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited US law school and bar admission
6-8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial
agreements
Experience with international government contracts
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight
deadlines
Strong legal acumen in technology as a service business
