looking for a talented, strategic analyst to join our Commercial
FP&A organization. You will play a critical role in our global
FP&A team, partnering closely with our Executive team and
Commercial leaders to drive robust financial planning, forecasting,
and business analysis. This position will report into the Director
of Commercial FP&A and is integral to building a best-in-class
organization related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial
modeling.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, collaboratively built financial
forecasts, annual plans, and operational analyses for the
Commercial team.
- Work directly with the commercial leadership team and business
unit general managers to educate and support them in completing
their strategic plans and budgets, driving real-time analytics and
data-driven decision making.
- Actively participate in annual and monthly financial planning
processes, ensuring planning aligns with overall company
goals.
- Drive strategic analysis in areas such as assessing GTM
strategies; implementation, onboarding and training capacity;
customer support and customer success capacity; commercial
efficiency and cost structure optimization/benchmarking.
- Support investment case development and ROI analysis.
- Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate
and scale forecasting and reporting tools, dashboards, processes,
and methodologies.
- Deliver timely and accurate executive-level reporting and
insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
across the business including Diligent Executives, FP&A,
Accounting, Sales Ops, HR, and Legal.Required Experience/Skills:
- 4+ years of experience working in a senior financial and
operations role in a complex organization, preferably a
SaaS/computer software company.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling/MS Excel, and
communication skills; in-depth experience with financial analysis
and a strong understanding of GTM metrics.
- Strong financial modeling experience and a willingness to dig
into the details.
- Advanced skill level in ERP financial systems.
- Experience creating annual plans for a GTM organization from
the ground up.
- Proven ability to establish strategic, high-impact initiatives,
defining performance indicators and operational focus.
- A high degree of intelligence, natural curiosity, and a strong
work ethic.
- Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills
and build collaborative relationships and consensus among multiple
stakeholders with varying points of view.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented,
collaborative environment.U.S. Pay Range$140,000 - $150,000 USDWhat
