- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both legal and
administrative staff, ensuring a seamless and professional
experience for candidates at all levels.
- Shape and execute HR strategies that enhance recruitment,
retention, and professional development while maintaining
compliance with employment policies.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and
welcoming integration process.
- Enhance firm culture by proactively identifying opportunities
to foster collaboration, engagement, and professional growth.
- Manage relationships with attorneys, leadership, and external
partners to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Support wellness initiatives, training, and ad hoc firm events

- HR leader. You possess at least seven or more years of
experience in HR, recruiting or talent management, preferably in
the legal industry. A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Communication. You excel at building relationships and can
confidently engage with attorneys, firm leadership, and external
partners. Your written and verbal communication skills are
top-notch.
- Strategic thinking. You see the big picture and enjoy creating
and refining processes to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
