Qualifications SummaryCertification & Education
- Minimum of ten years recent experience managing a large and
complex government contracts.
- Minimum of ten years of emergency management and/or homeland
security experience to include work on a declared disaster, and
experience with state and local emergency management agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical
support activities simultaneously, including analysis and data
collection.
- Demonstrated experience producing written reports for elected
officials, executives, and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating executive and senior
leadership discussions, working groups, or events.
- Ability to develop project management documentation and
detailed project work plans and execute those tasks in less than 72
hours.Job ObjectiveServe as Deputy Program Manager for this Blank
Purchase Agreement with FEMA in support of the Continuous
Improvement Program. The objective of this BPA is to provide the
Continuous Improvement Division support in providing timely and
effective disaster continuous improvement support for
disasters.Responsibilities
- Serve as Deputy Program Manager for this Blank Purchase
Agreement with FEMA in support of the Continuous Improvement
Program and be available to fulfill the duties of the Program
Manager when unavailable.Work LocationThe primary place of
performance will be a combination of the Contractor's facilities,
DHS/FEMA at 400 C Street SW Washington DC 20472, and disaster field
locations as designated in individual call orders.About LukosLukos
