Business Operations - AI Transformation will be responsible for
designing and overseeing the operational systems that drive the
successful execution of AI transformation initiatives across global
account teams. This role will serve as both a strategic partner and
operational architect, ensuring all transformation work is
prioritized, efficiently executed, and continuously optimized. The
VP will also be accountable for project tracking, cross-team
collaboration, and refining processes based on real-world execution
and lessons learned.Responsibilities:Strategic Operations &
Prioritization
- Develop and implement systems to track and manage all
in-progress transformation work, ensuring clear visibility into
status, dependencies, and risks.
- Partner with the AI Transformation Lead to strategically
prioritize and stagger transformation rollouts based on resource
availability, business impact, and readiness.
- Establish a framework for balancing concurrent transformation
efforts while mitigating bottlenecks and operational risks.Project
Management & Execution Oversight
- Own and optimize the transformation project pipeline, ensuring
smooth progression through intake, evaluation, rollout, and
post-implementation phases.
- Implement best-in-class project management methodologies to
maintain structure, accountability, and efficiency across AI
transformation efforts.
- Identify and address gaps in process execution, working
cross-functionally with account teams to remove roadblocks and
accelerate implementation.Stakeholder Engagement & Accountability
- Serve as a key liaison between transformation teams and account
leadership, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and
expectations.
- Work closely with account teams to track and enforce action
items, escalating delays where necessary to keep projects on
course.
- Provide executive-level progress updates and operational
insights to leadership, surfacing risks and opportunities for
process improvement.Continuous Improvement & Process Evolution
- Analyze execution learnings from executed transformations and
systematically incorporate those insights into process
refinements.
- Develop and implement operational playbooks for AI
transformation, ensuring repeatability and scalability across new
accounts.
- Work with cross-functional teams (AI specialists, finance,
legal, change management) to adapt strategies based on evolving
business needs and lessons learned.Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, project
management, or strategic transformation within a complex, matrixed
environment.
- Proven ability to design and optimize operational systems that
drive large-scale business initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing
competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven business transformation or a
background in innovation, consulting, or digital transformation
preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.
- Experience with enterprise project management tools and
data-driven decision-making.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to
influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.Why This Role is

- This role is designed for a proactive leader who can bring
structure to a fast-moving transformation initiative, ensuring all
moving parts align with strategic priorities. By bridging strategic
vision with operational execution, the VP will enable seamless
transformation at scale while continuously improving processes
based on real-world learnings.$105,000 - $175,000 a yearAn
employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on
several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education,
qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,
geographic location, performance, travel requirements,
revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or
organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of
DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may
