employees!Job OverviewThe Sr. Manager of Fixed Wireless
Connectivity Product Sales leads a team of sales professionals
responsible for selling the T-Mobile 5G Fixed Wireless Access/High
Speed Wireless Internet Solutions portfolio including Direct,
Indirect, Partner and Managed Service Provider Bundled Services.
This includes support for all field-based segment existing accounts
and prospecting new business relationships that will drive Fixed
Wireless product revenue for T-Mobile.The Sr. Manager of Fixed
Wireless Connectivity Product Sales has an extensive understanding
of the marketplace, competitive landscape and customer requirements
for connectivity products including: Wireless Networking, WLAN,
WAN, SDWAN, SASE, embedded connectivity & turnkey managed service
scenarios.Job Responsibilities
- Works with companies to implement new business solutions and
digital transformation initiatives to drive strategic revenue in
the connectivity product space.
- Drives account planning and management to identify new
connectivity product opportunities, builds and manages a sales
funnel, closes deals and meets and exceeds sales objectives for
respective team.
- Manages the activities of individual contributors in a section
or department with accountability for goals, objectives, and
operational policies.
- Responsible for hiring, termination, performance management,
and salary decisions.
- May participate in the development of functional strategies by
working with cross functional teams across multiple
disciplines.
- May represent the T-Mobile brand at a variety of industry
events that may include, but not limited to, participating in and
or presenting our solutions and strategies.
- Collaborates with Hyperscalers, Partners, and various ISV
vendors to drive solution revenue.
- Collaborates with TfB Product and Segment leaders on customer
product feedback and account penetration strategy.Education
- Bachelor's Degree Technology related discipline (Required)Work
Experience
- 7-10 years Experience in complex solutions/applications
(Preferred)
- 7-10 years Experience with negotiating and closing large
multiyear complex deals (Preferred)
- More than 10 years Sales management, technical sales and
customer facing experience (Preferred)Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities
- Extensive Knowledge of the product line eco-system including,
Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, Modules and Platforms
(Preferred)
- Managed a sales team remotely with demonstrated success
(Preferred)
- Large Account sales strategy and planning (Preferred)
- Cross functional team management, leveraging resources to
support success (Preferred)
- Solution and Consultative selling methodologies

$295,600, inclusive of target incentives.Base Pay Range: $114,730 -
$206,920. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a
successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's
actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location,
qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will
