positive impacts through the design, build, execution of risk and

clients strategically solve complex risk challenges.What You'll
Do:
- Support Risk Advisory practice, leveraging expertise in risk &
control programs and RCSAs to expand our client base and team.
- Provide project support and apply specialized risk & control
knowledge across a range of engagements spanning risk assessments,
frameworks, RCSAs, testing methodologies, testing execution and
reporting.
- Conduct research and analysis, leveraging data to derive
valuable insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Assist with implementing solutions and deliverables, combining
technical depth with management consulting skills to influence and
deliver results to business executives and technical
professionals.What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years prior experience in professional services (public
accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm).
- Knowledge of comprehensive risk management programs including
governance, policy, processes, and controls.
- Deep understanding of audit, risk and operational risk
management concepts.
- Proven ability to lead RCSA, audit, or other risk & control
programs.
- Expertise in evaluating business processes, assessing control
effectiveness, and documenting findings.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining key performance
(KPIs) and risk indicators (KRIs).
- Strong skills both in written and verbal communication with the
ability to interact effectively with client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated desire for continued learning about new and
emerging technologies and staying current with trends in technology
and operational risk management.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Professional certifications in risk management fields (CPA,
CIA, CISA, CISSP).
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%-30% (varies by
client).
- Availability to work on client site or in office 3 days a week,
with 2 days remote (hybrid environment).
