Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly
motivated and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our
team to support our government clients. The successful applicant

ResponsibilitiesAs a Desktop Support Technician, you will:
- Provide outstanding IT support to end-users.
- Successfully conduct and handle desktop solutions.
- Fix and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist with remote connectivity and Virtual Private Network
(VPN) setups.
- Handle Active Directory accounts and user permissions.Required
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security
Clearance.
- BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or
Master's degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant
experience.
- Demonstrated experience in IT consultation services.
- Five years of advanced experience with Windows, Mac, iOS, and
Android operating systems.
- Five years of experience of Active Directory User & Account
Administration.
- Five years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365
applications.
- Three years of experience supporting clients using remote
access software.
- Three years minimum experience supporting remote connectivity
(VPN).
- One year minimum experience with Mac OS and virtual
conferencing solutions.
- Experience with Remote SecurID console preferred but not
required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate
effectively with executive-level customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet
challenging deadlines.Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced level knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
operating systems.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management Console (AirWatch,
Apple Business Manager) preferred but not required.
- Experience with MS Teams, WebEx, and Zoom applications
preferred but not required.
- Experience with Mac OS
- Experience supporting clients using remote access software,
such as Cisco AnyConnect
- Experience supporting remote connectivity (VPN), such as Remote
SecurID console
- Experience with Active Directory User & Account
Administration
- Experience in IT Call Center environment
- Experience supporting Mobile operating systems, i.e. iOS,
Android. Experience with Mobile device Management Console
(AirWatch, Apple Business Manager) experience preferred but not
required.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office365 Pro Plus; SharePoint,
and Exchange Online.
- Experience using BMC Remedy Incident, Change or Knowledge
Management
- Experience supporting virtual conferencing solutions, such as
with MS Teams, WebEx, and Zoom applications preferred but not
