The systems analyst will work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and customers to bring projects to completion in a timely and efficient manner.Typical responsibilities may include:
- Gather and document requirements for the system ensuring all requirements are clear, concise, and comprehensive.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all parties in collaboration with government leads.
- Write clear and detailed user stories that accurately reflect the requirements of the customers and stakeholders, and that are well-organized and easily understood by the development team.
- Assist in monitoring progress and report on project status to stakeholders and customers.
- Evaluate and improve processes to ensure that the system is efficient and effective.
- Perform in a Scrum Master capacity.
- Assist with functional and product testing.
- Assist in handling application service tickets.Requirements
- Active Top-Secret Clearance, with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst in a software development environment.
- Proven analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience with Atlassian tools to include Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban frameworks.EEOEQUAL
