• Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects from inception to completion
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, project teams, and management
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Specialize in managing HVAC projects in highrises, including condominiums and hotelsRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical contracting
  • Specific experience managing projects in highrises, with a focus on condominiums and hotels
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
