University Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical/Tele Observation
Unit. The Observation Unit is a 20 bed unit with rapid patient
turnover and discharges per shift (with patients staying for 24
hours or less). The patient population consists of cardiac,
neurological, medical, and surgical patients. This position allows
for future professional growth by teaching the fast-paced
atmosphere of an ER while strengthening critical skills in a
medical/surgical setting. Ideal for candidates who possess strong
time management skills, work well in a team -paced settings. -Key

Qualifications
QualificationsCurrent RN License in good standing with state
licensing board.BSN required OR enrollment and completion of BSN
within 5 yearsMinimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience in an acute
care setting.BLS certification (ACLS within 3 months of hire)
