Our client seeks an experienced insurance coverage lawyer for a full-time, partnership-track associate position within their Insurance Coverage practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage representing policyholders or insurers, along with litigation experience. Candidates must possess excellent analytical and writing skills, be familiar with first- and third-party insurance policies and principles of insurance policy interpretation, demonstrate leadership and initiative, and be comfortable working directly with clients and colleagues. A strong academic record, willingness to work on pro bono matters, and a focus on client service are essential. This position is available in Miami or Washington, DC offices, with a preference for candidates licensed in the respective jurisdiction or willing to obtain licensure within one year.
