create engaging, culturally relevant learning experiences that
blend traditional knowledge with modern conservation and land

You'll Be Doing
- Working with First Nations Elders, rangers, and educators to
create engaging and culturally safe learning content.
- Designing hands-on, land-based learning experiences that blend
traditional and contemporary land management knowledge.
- Supporting First Nations learners by ensuring cultural
perspectives are at the heart of the curriculum.
- Encouraging active, interactive, and on-Country learning
through innovative teaching methods.
- Advising on digital learning tools to enhance the student
experience.About YouWe are looking for someone who:
- Has a postgraduate qualification in education or equivalent
experience.
- Has experience in curriculum design and loves finding creative
ways to engage students.
- Is passionate about First Nations knowledge and land
management.
- Has strong relationships with First Nations communities and
values Elder-led learning.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.Role
