• Working with First Nations Elders, rangers, and educators to create engaging and culturally safe learning content.
• Designing hands-on, land-based learning experiences that blend traditional and contemporary land management knowledge.
• Supporting First Nations learners by ensuring cultural perspectives are at the heart of the curriculum.
• Encouraging active, interactive, and on-Country learning through innovative teaching methods.
• Advising on digital learning tools to enhance the student experience.About YouWe are looking for someone who:
• Has a postgraduate qualification in education or equivalent experience.
• Has experience in curriculum design and loves finding creative ways to engage students.
• Is passionate about First Nations knowledge and land management.
• Has strong relationships with First Nations communities and values Elder-led learning.
