The platform also aims to enhance productivity by enabling users to analyze diverse data formats efficiently.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end users to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for complex web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness and compatibility across different devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, incorporating them into the design process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the overall user experience strategy for our client's BtoB applications and experiences.
• Use Adobe tools and other relevant software to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the final product.Requirements
  • Experience in Node JS / React is a plus, as it will enable you to better understand the technical aspects of the development process and collaborate effectively with the development team.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building complex UI for modern web applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe tools to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Experience in optimizing UX for complex BtoB applications and experiences.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Familiarity with HTML5 and its capabilities in creating interactive web experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for user-centered design and a strong attention to detail.Education/Certification Requirements
