This mission-driven nonprofit is seeking assistance in managing and coordinating project logistics for an exciting business development opportunity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing complex projects, juggling multiple priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination between key stakeholders. If you excel at relationship management, project logistics, and high-level administrative support, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact, managing timelines, deliverables, and key communications for a high-priority project.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and documents for senior executives in advance of meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings, compile materials, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are executed efficiently.
  • Draft, review, and edit various documents including reports, presentations, emails, and memos.
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant information, effectively communicating information and any changes in a timely manner.
  • Perform research on specified topics related to special projects, or upcoming meetings as requested.Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Experienced. You have at least five (5) years of related experience. Experience in fundraising, and special events is a plus.

  • Excellent communicator. You have exceptional written and verbal skills, and deliver important information in a clear, professional manner.
