Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Advocate Specialist to provide
support and engagement with clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first line of support for client questions and software
issues
Engage with clients to understand their needs and prioritize new
features and services
Develop and maintain client relationships and coordinate
implementation efforts with new clients
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of Cancer Registry experience, preferably with
CRStar
Active Certified ODS-C certification required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in providing ongoing education and training for
clients
Ability to engage with regional state associations and attend
conferences
