OverviewAs a Senior Capture & Account Lead, you will be responsible for taking active actions to identify and capture opportunities within the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) that align with company's core competencies and strategic growth direction. This role is ideal for a candidate who has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with USDA and capturing opportunities at the USDA. This candidate also thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams and is motivated to contribute to a pioneering project that blends the strengths of two leading companies.About the Role:We are excited to offer a unique opportunity as part of a joint venture project, designated as a PulseByte project. This role is part of a collaboration between Macannie and TISTA merging our resources and expertise to achieve company's growth serving our customers at the USDA, one of our targeted federal agencies, utilizing the awarded vehicles. This role is a full-time position at Macannie, an agile and customer-focused company, with expertise in data and system modernization serving customers' mission of improving America's health and wellness.This position will lead the growth of the USDA account, with the support from a multi-disciplinary team.Macannie offers highly competitive Growth Incentive Program that rewards high performance and outcome.Responsibilities

  • Leads the account planning for USDA. This includes identifying target components at USDA, opportunities that aligned with Company's core competencies, developing capture plans for opportunities, and actively taking necessary and critical actions and activities to increase the win possibility.
  • Performs lifecycle capture activities including identifying opportunity, analysis and assessment, customer and program understanding, competition analysis, partnering assessment, working with the technical team to develop suitable solutions, and with the rest of the proposal team to deliver proposals
  • Continuous improvement of company brandingQualifications
    • 5-8 years of experience working with the Department of Agriculture (USDA), supporting program delivery, business development, or capture.
    • Effective communications skills including verbally and written; a good listener; strong work ethics and integrity.
    • Good interpersonal skills and comfortable being in business networking environments
    • Driven and self-starting
    • Hands-on skills in various capture activities.Education:
      • Bachelor's or Associate's DegreeClearance:
        • The ability topass a Tier 2/Modest Background InvestigationLocation:
          • Must be local to Washington DC/Baltimore metro area
