wellbeing.About the role:Roundglass is seeking a Wellbeing partner
to join our People and Culture (PnC) Team, responsible for a range
of administrative tasks within PnC. This role will involve managing
daily operations such as maintaining employee records, overseeing
the onboarding and offboarding processes, administering benefits,
and addressing any inquiries that may arise. Additionally, the
position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all human resource
activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.What
you'll do:
- Work closely with and advise the management team on strategic
and operational people issues.
- Assisting with all internal and external HR-related
matters.
- Participating in developing organizational guidelines and
procedures.
- Recommending strategies to motivate employees.
- Administering compensation and benefit plans.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such
as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may
arise.
- Maintain up-to-date information on statutory requirements and
employment legislation.
- Develop strategies to instill the corporate culture, vision and
values within the organization, including employee relation and
communications programs.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free
workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource
policies.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance
reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper
form.Skills & Qualifications:
- Outstanding people generalist with a proven track record of 5+
years in HR.
- Problem solving and results-oriented, with a positive
attitude.
- Ability to partner well with senior management team.
- Solutions-oriented with strong employee relations
skills/experience.
- Experimental, ready to learn and open to change.
- Committed to building a diverse, inclusive work
environment.
- High personal integrity and professional ethics.
- Familiarity with tech and start-up environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.The anticipated
salary range for this position is $80K - $110K yearly. Compensation
offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive
as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers
comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating
holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty,
medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer
contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for
your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan
with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to
start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not
applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United
