leader covering Western Canada and the US Pacific Northwest,

Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation initiatives.This role is
based in our headquarters in Bothell, WA, with a regular in-office
presence as a priority. While we embrace flexible work
arrangements, including remote work and travel as needed, we value
in-person collaboration to drive team success and business
growth.ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Executive with Industrial
Software Solutions, you will be responsible for developing new
prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales
and margin of the company's software solutions. Your primary focus
will be face-to-face and digital selling and account management
activities to meet sales revenue. You will engage with all levels
of the customers' organizations including technical, operations,
leadership, and executive management, fully supported by a
technical team of experienced system consultants and
architects.
- Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and/or Regional
Director of Sales as part of a sales team that is responsible for
maintaining existing customer Annual Re-occurring Revenue (ARR) and
driving growth in new license/new product sales.
- Fostering our ongoing Customer Success Practice, which includes
the development of account business strategies for existing and new
customers.
- Responsible for contacting new sales inquiries and leads to
understand project requirements and develop solutions based on our
portfolio of software products (AVEVA, AMDT octoplant, ProcessVue,
etc.)
- Responsible for contacting existing customers on active
software support agreements to both renew those agreements and
convert those customers to subscriptions.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to
nurture and educate new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and
existing customers, collaborating with management on business
strategy to determine objectives.
- Participate in a Team Selling approach to create
contract-winning presentations and proposals for current and
prospective customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and technical teams to
ensure proposed solution specifications meet customer
requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure company requirements
are met, such as sales targets and profit/margin goals.
- Build general subject matter expertise on portfolio offerings
and remain up to date with general industry news.Qualifications
- Candidates with minimum 3 years sales experience will be
prioritized; 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
- Candidates with an educational background in business/commerce
will be prioritized (Bachelor's in Business Administration,
Bachelor of Commerce, etc.)
- Two (2) - five (5) years of industrial and/or manufacturing
experience preferred.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans.
- Comfortable assisting in the development and delivery of
customer presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Experience with CRM systems - Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to travel to current and potential clients in Canada
and the United States 20-50% of the time.Working EnvironmentWork is
generally performed in an office environment, either digitally or
in-person. Employee may need to travel to industrial facilities or
remote locations.Salary RangeJr. / Sr. Roles: $70,000 -
$150,000Strategic Roles: $150,000 - $250,000Compensation is
competitive and based on experience, with additional earnings
