Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE Traveler Support
Counselors to join our April 14th, 2025 class. As a Traveler
Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent

- Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making
reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing
payments, and responding to inquiries.
- Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary
using code-based software.
- Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including
details about our products and policies.
- Compete individually while maintaining a positive team
spirit.
- Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result
areas (KRAs), and performance goals.Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center
environment.
- 2+ years of remote experience required.
- Experience working in the travel industry is a plus!
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer
systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and flexibility.Remote Work Requirements:
- Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi).This position
is remote and requires candidates to be located in one of the
following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida,
Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas,
Utah, Virginia, Washington.
