seasoned Manager of Special Projects to Institutional Partnerships

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with direct supervisor and the Director, Faith
Based Partnerships to continually improve the donor/account
management process and roll-out of the Faith Based strategy.
- Support overall fundraising strategies for the key donors
assigned to this position and collaborate closely with key teams
such as Marketing and Communications to achieve key performance
indicators.
- Assist the Institutional Partnerships team as well as the
Finance and Operations teams in maintaining a seamless financial
overview of submitted proposals, approved grants, No-Cost
Extensions and approved proposals related to key accounts.
- Liaise closely with UN WFP staff and provide team support to
them on key donor account(s) as needed.
- Provide high-level and quality support and execution for
donor-facing partner events, activities and trips, as needed.
- Organize and attend meetings; take minutes as needed.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Able to juggle multiple projects at once and respond to
changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organization and
project management skills.
- Excel while working independently and collaboratively in a
team; proactively propose recommendations or solutions to the teams
involved in stewarding and creating visibility for key donors and
the special project associated with these donors.Qualifications:A
well-qualified candidate will possess the following:
- 5-7 years of account/relationship management/fundraising or
project management experience.
- Experience in creating successful communications and
stewardship strategies.
- Essential time management skills.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
- Strong affinity to WFP USA's mission and program
priorities.Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong familiarity with the donor development cycle,
fundraising operations and creating successful, authentic
visibility for organizations and their key donors.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication skills and project
management experience.
- Strong analytical, editorial and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow processes and
schedules.
- Ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience working with external consultants.
- Experience with Microsoft Office with significant, demonstrated
knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong experience with Salesforce or other Constituent
