Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIESProvide
management oversight of team or support on the following
systems/technologies (but not limited to)
- Full control and responsible for performance on
requirements
- Responsible for personnel management on program
- Demonstrate IT experience within past 3 years of similar
size/scope
- Experience in supervising large IT service contracts
- Experience in management of system modernization projects
- Collaboration with customers, partners, and other
stakeholders
- Experience in cost control and management of technical and
financial reports (weekly/monthly)We are going after 2 Functional
Categories and need a Program Manager for both:FC4 -
Infrastructure, Network, Telecommunication, Tier 2/3 system
administration/engineering services
- Network or TelecomFC5 - Enterprise Service Desk, Tiers 0/1/2
support services, end-user support, Desktop services to include,
but not limited to Asset Management
- Service DeskREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field; preferred Master's
degree in IT or MBA
- Proven experience managing large enterprise IT contracts
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- ITIL and PMP certifications (current); prefer CSM
- U.S. Citizen; minimum of SECRET clearance (and clearable to TOP
