DevelopmentZeno is seeking a highly motivated Radiological
Infrastructure Development Program Manager to support our nuclear
supply chain organization in establishing a dedicated radiological
capability. This position will be essential to ensuring Zeno can
fabricate radiological components for current and future
radioisotope power system (RPS) contracts. Additionally, it will
play a key role in advancing the commercialization of novel RPS
technology.In this role you will:
- Lead company-wide efforts to establish dedicated radiological
production capabilities.
- Engage with relevant commercial and government stakeholders to
develop and refine technical, quality, regulatory, and project
requirements for Zeno dedicated capabilities.
- Manage and evaluate commercial and government contracts with
Zeno partners and subcontractors.
- Develop holistic lifecycle approach to dedicated radiological
infrastructure with inputs from internal project stakeholders,
government and commercial suppliers, deployment customers, and
transportation partners.
- Support Zeno's regulatory efforts as required, including
drafting or reviewing regulatory technical papers.
- Develop a cost estimate and a business case required for
leadership to move forward on dedicated radiological
capability.
- Prepare and give presentations to internal and external
stakeholders, including at technical conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.Key Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering or related technical
field and 10+ years of experience. Minimum experience requirement
may be adjusted for candidates with advanced degrees.
- Experience with radiological facilities and nuclear regulatory
environments preferred.
- Knowledge of nuclear regulatory environments for radiological
facilities.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and able to interface with
internal and external stakeholders with minimal direction.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and performing under pressure in
an uncertain environment.
- Capable of managing activities that include many competing
objectives and constraints, with the competency to resolve
conflicts between objectives.
- Capable of managing and supporting numerous simultaneous tasks
that require a multi-disciplinary approach.

Functions
- Position requires in-office presence in Washington, D.C. (Mt.
Vernon/Chinatown) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote
work is optional on Mondays and Fridays.
- Travel: Travel is expected to be around 20%
- Motor Abilities: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods,
bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control
(hands)
- Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to
safely lift up to 15 pounds

BenefitsThe anticipated salary band for this position is $140,000
to $180,000. The final job level and compensation will be
determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work
experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications,
certifications, and other business considerations.In addition to
