Title: Manager, Accounting - Corp/Real-Estate (CPA Preferred)Compensation: 115K to 135K + BonusEnvironment: Alexandria, VA (Hybrid)Our client, a leading international commercial real-estate developer, is seeking an experienced accounting leader to join their growing, dynamic accounting and finance team. This individual will support the Controller by overseeing internal and external reporting on an ongoing basis, audit prep, month end close, general ledger reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and supporting payroll as needed.Responsibilities:

• Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes including assistance with month-end close and other monthly operational duties.
• Support audits - annual external audit through external accounting firm.
• Maintenance of the annual revenue recognition memo.
• Assist with technical accounting areas such as intercompany transaction analysis.
• Advise the business interdepartmentally on accounting impacts of new projects/programs.
• Support the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly overview of international entities.
• Ad-hoc projects requested by the CFO, Controller and/or department heads to support the business.Required Experience:
  • BS/BA in Accounting.
  • CPA or CPA tracking candidates preferred.
  • Corporate property experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • US Citizenship Required.
