As the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, ensuring operational excellence, and providing a fun and joyful customer experience.As a Store Manager at The Trybe, you will work collaboratively with your Area Manager and National Manager to deliver a people-first culture, maximize sales growth, and accelerate your personal career growth in a leadership role.Responsibilities

• Passionate about creating a high-performing team and a specialized shopping experience within your store.
• Drive financial sales goals and metrics in a multimillion-dollar store.
• Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
• Ensure our BIG & LITTLE customers are at the core of business decisions, connecting, expertly fitting, and inspiring customers 100% of the time.
• Create a people-first culture by empowering and developing talent within your team.
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members within your store.
• Deliver a seamless omnichannel experience through the preparation of online orders.
• Ensure visual merchandising excellence in your store.
• Maintain a fun and safe environment for customers and team.
