Job Description:
The Field Installation Manager typically works under the direction of the Field Services Management team,overseeing the installation of projects and collaborating with Sales Teams.Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
- Assume the lead role in managing and providing general overall project support for all field-related activities throughout the duration of the project.
- Provide on-site supervision and coordination of delivery and installation contractors.
- Attend Construction meetings as needed.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently between all involved with the project.
- Perform minor service work as needed.
- Local and National travel may be required.Qualifications:
- Must possess hands-on furniture installation experience, preferably with Knoll case goods and systems product.
- Must have knowledge of working in a warehouse, and the delivery and installation process.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read Drawings, Floorplans, Typicals, and perform Layouts.
- Able to learn/navigate varying software/mobile application programs.
- Must have high-energy, proactive work ethic.
- Possess professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can follow direction.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Self-directed with ability to efficiently manage one's own time
