Role OverviewCreating solutions for everything from dining and
nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services,

are looking for a dynamic and motivated Food Operations Manager for
a high profile government agency located in Washington, DC. The
Operations Manager will oversee multiple locations for a single
client on Capitol Hill.What You'll Do
- Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff.
- Provide stellar customer service.
- Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards
are followed.
- Direct daily operations of food quality & customer service in a
retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring
that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and
resources.
- Manage the opening and closing of the operation as well as
daily retail food service operations.
- Manage cash handling protocols & control procedures according

form.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement -
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management
Experience - 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work
experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast
food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food
courts, etc.
