seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our team
in the installation of cellular DAS and Public Safety ERRCS systems
across the United States. As a Project Manager, you will oversee
and participate in all aspects of DAS and ERRCS installations,
ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the
highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who
can manage both the technical and logistical aspects of the job
while fostering a cohesive team environment.Who we are:Illuminati

fun!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project Oversight: Oversee and perform complete installations
of cellular DAS and Public Safety ERRCS systems in new construction
and existing commercial buildings. 100% hands-on in the field. Also
supervising crew, reporting to HQ, managing site to meet key
metrics.
- Technical Installation: Lead the team in pulling, terminating,
and testing wires, including Cat5e, LMR400, 1/2 coax, and fiber.
Install and aim interior and exterior antennas as required.
- Plan Adjustments: Read and interpret plans, making necessary
adjustments in the field, and communicate any changes back to
headquarters.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to
clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and
solutions-oriented.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of field technicians
to achieve project goals, maintain high morale, and ensure
compliance with safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, securing tools
and equipment, and ensuring all necessary materials are on-site and
in good condition.
- Site Management: Ensure meticulous cleanup of job sites and
proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients,
administrative staff, contractors, general contractors (GCs), and
authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Project Tracking: Utilize expense tracking, time clock, and
project management apps to consistently monitor and report on
project progress.The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: 1-2 years of DAS, ERRCS, or electrical experience
(low or high voltage) required. 3-5 years of experience in tracking
and managing job progress, as well as leading field technicians.
Prior experience in electrical/conduit strongly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and manage a
team, keeping morale high and ensuring efficient project
execution.
- Technical Certifications: Preferred certifications in PCTel,
Comba, Cel-Fi, SignalHound, Anritsu, and termination certifications
from manufacturers such as RFS and Smartguard.
- Safety Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
(company will provide courses if needed).
- Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel extensively, Monday
through Friday, to various cities across the U.S., with weekends at
home. Must live near a major international airport within the
continental U.S., preferably served by Southwest Airlines. Reliable
transportation to and from the airport is required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be ready and able to perform
strenuous physical labor, including lifting 50 lb. + rolls of
wire.
- Communication Skills: Well-spoken, businesslike communicator,
good listener, and adaptable to various situations.
- Tools and Equipment: Must possess basic telecom tools,
including snips, wire strippers, a cordless drill, and steel-toed
boots. The company provides PPE and uniform shirts.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug test and
background screening (no misdemeanor or felony convictions).
- Vaccination Requirement: Willingness to be vaccinated to meet
the standards of any healthcare clients.
- Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license
with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1-year driving
experience.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and committed to
delivering high-quality work.
- Proactivity: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and an ability to

- Flights and hotel accommodations are paid for by the company;
per diem meal expenses are paid at the highest rate according to
federal guidelines and can potentially equate to an additional
$17,000 per year after taxes.
- Salary is based on experience - starting from $75,000 per year
for Project Manager position plus per diem and potential
performance bonuses.
- First 60 days are a benefit waiting period. On the 1st day of
the month following the 60-day waiting period, assuming a positive
performance review, you would be brought on as an hourly employee
with full benefits.
