Treasury PROTECTS BPA is responsible for overseeing the Blanket
Purchase Agreement (BPA), ensuring Maveris's successful management
and execution of task orders within the BPA scope. This role
involves coordinating with government leadership, supporting task
order proposals, and leading the start-up and execution of awarded
task orders. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of
contact for the government, manage compliance and performance
standards, and drive continual service improvements to align with
the Treasury's security objectives.Duties
- Oversee the Treasury PROTECTS BPA, ensuring effective contract
management, compliance with requirements, and alignment with the
government's objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Treasury officials,
fostering strong client relationships, addressing escalations, and
providing regular program updates.
- Lead the start-up and operational transition of awarded task
orders, coordinating resources, scheduling, and onboarding to
ensure a smooth launch.
- Ensure task orders meet performance and compliance standards by
tracking deliverables, milestones, and financial controls across
Maveris teams.
- Drive Service Level Management (SLM) and continual service
improvement across all SOC operations, ensuring consistent
availability and performance.
- Develop and oversee the reporting process for all task orders,
including periodic performance reviews, client briefings, and
compliance reports.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring proactive
resolution of issues that could impact task order performance or
client satisfaction.
- Ensure resource planning and budget management for task orders,
optimizing efficiency while maintaining alignment with contract
goals.
- Serve as the Capture Manager and BD lead for all opportunities
under the PROTECTS BPA, driving pursuit strategies and growth
initiatives.
- Identify new task order opportunities under the BPA, working
with Maveris leadership to align resources and capabilities to meet
Treasury's evolving needs.
- Lead the development of winning proposal strategies, ensuring
strong technical inputs, compliance, and competitive
positioning.
- Engage with internal technical and delivery teams to shape
solutions that align with customer needs, differentiating Maveris
from competitors.
- Maintain market and customer awareness, tracking BPA-related
trends, upcoming procurements, and competitor positioning to refine
Maveris's approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with Treasury leadership and
key stakeholders, ensuring Maveris remains a trusted partner for
emerging requirements.Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or
equivalent) plus 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, or 10
years of documented cybersecurity project management
experience
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing federal contracts, including
proposal support, task order execution, and program start-up
- Strong understanding of BPA and task order contract structures,
with a focus on federal compliance and cybersecurity standards
(e.g., NIST, FISMA)
- Experience in capture management, business development, and
federal proposal strategy for cybersecurity programs
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships,
manage escalations, and lead program and capture efforts with
minimal oversight
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills,
with experience providing updates to clients and internal
leadership
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management
