Job Description:

A company is looking for a Paid Media Manager to drive strategic campaigns across major digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and execution of multi-channel paid media campaigns
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives are compelling and optimized for performance
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance while managing budgets effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in paid social
5+ years of management experience leading a paid media or paid social team
Proficient in Google Analytics and ad management/testing tools
Highly knowledgeable in bidding/targeting automation tools
