states.Currently, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our
growing team! This position will play an integral role in the
day-to-day accounting operations and periodic financial reporting
of the organization with responsibility over balance sheet
reconciliations, verification of accounting transactions,
preparation of budget to actual analyses, and preparation of
monthly and other periodic financial reports. This position reports
directly to the Accounting Manager.To perform this job

functions.Essential Job Duties
- Month Close: Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet
accounts, preparation of various financial reports, analysis of
budget versus actual variances and compilation of commentary
regarding company financial performance. Ensure compliance with
GAAP accounting policies and monthly reporting deadlines.
- AP Processing: Owner of financial transactions related to
procurement including vendor payments, verifying purchase orders,
reconciling discrepancies, communication with vendors, preparing
payments, and maintaining detailed financial records.
- Cash Management: Managing all aspects of cash records including
recording cash receipts, reconciliation of bank statements,
processing payments, and ensuring accurate reporting of all cash
accounts.
- Expense Management: Manage employee reimbursements and maintain
T&E system administration to ensure that all transactions are
processed and within company policies.
- Credit Cards: Manage corporate credit cards and monthly
reconciliations.
- Fixed Assets: Overseeing the entire life cycle of fixed assets,
including recording acquisitions, calculating depreciation,
managing disposals, and ensuring accurate reporting of fixed asset
values on the balance sheet.
- Documentation: Maintain, update and develop accounting policies
and related process documentation.
- Teamwork: Serve as a backup for Accounting Manager when
necessary and collaborate with cross-functional teams to
effectively communicate financial information to non-financial
stakeholders.
- Audits: Provides support for independent financial statement
audits including organization and preparation of audit
deliverables, and timely delivery of requests to external
auditors.
- Payroll: Work with the payroll department to manage and support
payroll processing.
- Sales Taxes: Assist with reconciling and ensuring the accuracy
of sales tax collected and reported and support annual tax
reporting(s).
- Participation in ad hoc financial and operational analysis and
continuous quality improvement initiatives including assisting to
streamline accounting and reporting workflows.Other Job Duties

- NoneRequired Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior accounting experience within
private companies or in public accounting
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Ability to research technical accounting issues
- Solid writing skills with prior experience writing technical
accounting memos, financial statement footnotes or management's
discussion and analysis
- Commitment to quality and process improvement
- Deadline-oriented
- Prior experience working with accounting systems (Netsuite
experience preferred)
- Advance Excel skills preferredThe base salary range for this
US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $78,000-95,000 not
including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting
salary will be based on various factors including but not limited
to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the
ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.This is a
