and analyze organizational processes, as well as participate in
designing and implementing strategies to improve processes.THE

Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each

- Gather and report on information about team and organizational
processes
- Translate findings into actionable changes for teams or
groups
- Assemble reports of results from changes in processes.
- Maintain existing process improvement programs and continuously
support customers.

- Skilled in communicating in writing and verbally.
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience

- Skilled at Relationship Management including managing and
engaging stakeholders and customers; and building relationship
networks.
- Ability to influence through effective negotiating and
persuasion.
- Experience in facilitating meetings and resolving
conflict.
- Collaborating with people with different functional expertise
respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
- Strong team and partnering skills and flexibility.
- Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs,
outputs, and process.
- Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system
performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct
performance to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends
or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.
- Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and
editing content by hand or with the help of computer software to
communicate ideas.
- Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the
form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs
and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts
and answer critical questions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to cross-functional
teams, gaining buy-in for process change.
- Ability to break down complex processes, interpret data, and
identify patterns.
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools and methodologies
like swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and BPMN.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both
technical and non-technical audiences.Tools
