Program Manager, your primary responsibilities are to facilitate
activities required to obtain/maintain/update FedRAMP certification
and report status to the CISO. Coordinate with departments at
multiple levels across multiple areas of responsibility to ensure
business objectives within FedRAMP scope are achieved. Track
solution efforts and advise executive leadership as required on a
variety of topics related to FedRAMP. This is a hybrid role that
requires working three days per week in the Washington, DC office,
with the remaining time spent working remotely.How You Contribute
to the Team:
- Coordinate efforts to obtain and maintain FedRAMP
certification
- Interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
and agency, FedRAMP PMO, consultants, and the 3PAO assessment
team.
- Manage and facilitate the FedRAMP Program and all efforts
related to it.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams related to scoping, work
break-down, critical path analysis, resourcing, time estimates,
project risks, and quality.
- Provide technical leadership in interpreting and implementing
FedRAMP security controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical
solutions align with FedRAMP requirements.
- Act as a core member of the Incident Response and disaster
recovery teams
- Track deliverables and ensure project milestones are completed
as planned to meet business goals and objectives related to
FedRAMP.
- Brief leadership on project status when requested
- Coordinate with teams to resolve project blockers and ensure
success
- Maintain knowledge of issues and proposed resolutions
- Attend client meetings to determine additional requirements and
communicate those requirements to respective teams for
implementationPerform these and other reasonable tasks as assigned
by management in support of BCT's goals and objectives.What You
Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Security or Information Security field;
Master's preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in technical project management, with
a focus on FedRAMP.
- Deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements, NIST Standards
(800-53, 800-171, 800-63, 800-218), and federal cybersecurity
regulations.
- Proven experience leading successful FedRAMP authorization
efforts for cloud services.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and on-premise data center solutions
for FedRAMP.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management concepts such as CVE
and CVSS.
- PMI PMP or related certifications preferred, along with
certifications like CISSP or CISM.
- Exceptional program management and organizational skills, with
the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
with the ability to solve complex issues independently or as part
of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey
information effectively to various audiences, both verbally and in
writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to
collaborate, build relationships, and work with remote teams and
colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MS
Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com, and similar applications.BCT offers
a competitive total compensation package that, for this position,
includes a base salary between $130,000 and $150,000 along with a
generous benefits package. Salary offers will be based on
qualifications. BCT's benefits include heavily subsidized medical,
