our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that
reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The
salary range for this position is $65,000 to $68,739 and may be
commensurate with experience.Position Description: The Program
Manager will oversee daily program operations and staff. The
Program Manager is responsible for creating a healthy and welcoming
environment for families to live in and reach their goals and will
lead staff and organize resources to meet the program's
mission.This position is located at Fendall Heights, which provides
long-term housing for Veterans and their families on Fendall St. in
SE Washington, DC.Qualifications:Required: Bachelor's Degree; 3-5
years experience in social services; experience providing services
to low-income families; previous supervisory experience.Required
License/Certification: CPR/First-Aid, CPR for infantsSchedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 am-5:30 pm; Thursday:
10:00 am-7:00 pm (40 hours a week)Knowledge, Skills &
