Job Description - Senior Airport Services Agent (219788)Job PostingApr 23, 2025, 6:58:46 PM -Primary LocationWashington - IADUnposting DateMay 7, 2025, 8:59:00 PMDescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Airport Services Agent at IDA, Dulles, Virginia.You will be responsible for providing quality service to passengers regarding check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services, ensuring compliance with QR's commercial and safety standards and procedures, and handling passengers and baggage consistently.Specific accountabilities include:

• Constant liaison with Check-in, transfer desk, and related areas for smooth passenger acceptance.
• Coordinate with check-in, transfer desk, and support Airport Services Supervisor in all areas.
• Escort and direct arriving/departing passengers to areas such as hotel desk, visa counter, transfer desk, premium lounges, and boarding gates.
• Assist duty officer with handling company materials and records.
• Coordinate with GHA for quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
• Work with GHA to ensure smooth passenger handling.
• Assist passengers with entry requirements, visas, residence permits, etc.
• Ensure passengers are smoothly assisted through airport facilities.

• Experience in customer service and at least 1 year in Airport Operations with a leading airline.
• High energy and a positive attitude are essential in this high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of DCS and ticketing is advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.You must be authorized to work legally in the USA. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
