Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Professional I to
provide exceptional service to health insurance members.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier customer support to members and stakeholders via
phone and written communication
Accurately interpret and explain insurance benefits, claims
payments, and eligibility policies
Assess and resolve complex service issues while maintaining
accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah
High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months of customer service experience in relevant fields
Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple systems
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
