Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Order Specialist II to manage
the sales order process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and complete the Booking process for new and existing
business
Support the quote to cash process for order activation and ensure
accuracy
Review and approve contract documents and fix submission errors in
collaboration with stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work
experience
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, CPQ, MS Office Suite, and DocuSign
preferred
Experience in conducting training on processes and systems
required
Understanding of financial concepts and compliance with company
practices preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities
effectively
