A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst specializing in Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales opportunities within CRM and ensure adherence to SLAs
Initiate open market quoting efforts and create marketing presentations for sales leaders
Develop reporting and analytics processes to support forecasting and capacity modeling

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably with employee benefits products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter with minimal oversight required
Data-driven and analytical mindset
