A company is looking for a Telemarketing Sales Coordinator I to provide initial customer interactions and support to agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Screen calls and transfer them to licensed agents as needed
Maintain records of conversations in the call center database

Required Qualifications:

Customer service experience
Eager and willing to learn
Compassionate with a strong work ethic
Computer literacy
