A company is looking for a Region Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 8 to 10 Sales Representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market
Handle contract negotiations for key accounts and monitor sales
data
Required Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationships and
account development
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Strong industry knowledge and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
