(approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Yard 56
financial center in Baltimore, MD. Must be available to be
scheduled around (no Sundays).Responsible for providing an
exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every
customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
Provide customers with a one stop experience to fulfill all of
their financial needs from account opening and maintenance to
processing transactions. Focus on customer-centric conversations to
deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor. Actively promote
a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service
experience and achieve their financial goals. Time spent in various
aspects of this universal role will vary depending upon Financial
Center traffic and customer needs.This role requires fluency in the
Spanish language; must be able to read, write and speak the
language.Responsibilities
- Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in
accordance with bank policy and procedure.
- Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal
and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment
setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources
to foster relationship building conversations with customers and
ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and
expanding existing relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and
services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests,
assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and
maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller
transactions.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable
regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating
sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital
solutions and technology to support customers and solve
problems.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
(Required)Experience1 or more years customer service or sales
experience. (Required)6 to 12 months cash handling experience.

in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined
based on a combination of factors including the candidate's
knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant
licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic
location.The hourly rate for this position is $17.75 -
