Job Description:

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for ensuring the overall success of the fixed base operation (FBO) by providing excellent customer service and handling various duties.A CSR serves as the face of the company while interacting with visitors and coworkers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Work as part of a team to provide a friendly welcome to visitors and collaborate with coworkers, customers, and other visitors to meet customer service needs.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customers' needs.
  • Respond to vendor, customer, and team member questions and concerns.
  • Accurately receive, dispatch, and process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's facilities, services, and surrounding areas.
  • Replenish complementary beverages and supplies.
  • Enforce good cleanliness practices and provide concierge services to visitors.
  • Assist pilots with access to airport and weather information.
  • Assist visitors with their luggage and perform other tasks as needed.**Key Responsibilities:**
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Hello> Handle customer purchases and fuel transactions.
    • Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
    • Provide concierge services to visitors.
    • Assist pilots and visitors with various tasks.**Requirements:**
      • High School diploma or equivalent.
      • Minimum 18 years of age.
      • A valid state license (where applicable).
      • A professional appearance.
      • Ability to pass background checks and maintain an airport security badge.
      • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
      • Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions.**Preferred Qualifications:**
        • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.

          • Drive cars, vans, or other shuttles (where applicable).
          • Ability to detect phishing attempts and avoid infiltrating the company computer network.
          • Independently anticipate customer needs and perform open job tasks.
          • Work well as part of a team and follow lawful directions and instructions.
          • Handle stressful situations and high-profile clientele with poise and professionalism.
          • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
          • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items.
