Top Secret clearance is required

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
--- Assist with customer requirements for IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI data modules, reports, and dashboards.
--- Assist with IBM Cognos security and administration functions.
--- Design, develop and maintain various interactive reports.

Qualifications:
--- 4+ years experience using Microsoft Power BI and at least 2 years experience using IBM Cognos Analytics and Administration.
--- Cognos Analytics software or a similar program.
--- Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
--- Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, or other certification satisfying DoD 8140 certification requirements).
--- Cognos Analytics Security and Administration certification a plus.
--- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM Cognos.
--- Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and data relationships.
--- Experience building data models and developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
--- Experience with a trouble ticket system such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
--- Must have experience with applying STIGs. Knowledge of Oracle databases.
--- Experience in a DoD or law enforcement environment desired.
--- Strong attention to detail.
--- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
--- Able to work independently and with a team.
--- Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
