IT Business Requirements AnalystPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with the client and a small team supporting the DHS CISA Infrastructure Division. Our team will provide business process re-engineering, knowledge management, and program support. You will work with the office to create new tools and products, determine implementation options, and implement new processes and knowledge management products to support the division moving forward. The client has an existing knowledge management program and SharePoint structure to support and continue to evolve. This position requires a combination of technical, analyst, and management skills.Responsibilities

• Identify employee knowledge requirements
• Review and identify existing resources for use or updating
• Elicit needs and information from staff
• Experience analyzing and describing options and alternatives analysis
• Experience modeling processes
• Recommending and implementing knowledge management-related activities and materials
• Support knowledge transfer toolsBasic Qualifications
  • Previous experience with SharePoint administration
  • More than 5 years of experience with knowledge management projects
  • Bachelor's degree with advanced degree preferredDesired Skills
    • Experience with Power Apps
    • Experience with SharePoint
    • Experience working with senior leadership
    • SharePoint development-related skills such as Power Apps and AdministrationSalary Range:$75,000-$150,000Location:
      • Remote - Continental USClearance:
        • US Citizen Required.
        • Must be able to obtain/maintain a DHS clearance (Public Trust).
